Meditour Europe is urgently seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse with PCL Nursing qualification, a minimum of 2 years of professional experience, and Dutch language proficiency at B1 level to join our Patient Service Department in Frankfurt. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients while ensuring smooth communication and coordination within the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with PCL Nursing standards.
- Assist with patient assessments, monitoring, and documentation of vital signs and medical history.
- Support medical staff in diagnostic procedures and treatments.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding care plans and recovery processes.
- Communicate effectively with Dutch-speaking patients, ensuring clear understanding and comfort.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and workflow.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and hygiene standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
Requirements:
- PCL Nursing qualification.
