Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to promote TNV’s training programs across Canada and Europe.
  2. Identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and expand the customer base.
  3. Collaborate with marketing and training teams to create targeted campaigns and sales materials.
  4. Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular sales reports to management.
  5. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  6. Represent TNV at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.


Requirements:

  1. MBA degree from a recognized institution.
  2. 4-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in training, certification, or related industries.
  3. Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and across multicultural markets in Canada and Europe.
  6. Willingness to travel as needed.
