Vacancy Description

Duties:

  1. Operate machinery and equipment on the production line under the supervision of shift leaders or supervisors.
  2. Assemble, process, or package products according to company standards.
  3. Inspect materials and finished goods to ensure quality compliance.
  4. Load, unload, and move raw materials or finished products within the production area.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace.
  6. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
  7. Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
  8. Assist in routine maintenance tasks as instructed.


Responsibilities:

  1. Work under the direct supervision of production supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
  2. Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  3. Adhere to workplace health and safety regulations at all times.
  4. Handle tools, machinery, and materials with care to prevent damage or accidents.
  5. Cooperate with team members to achieve production goals.
  6. Be flexible with shifts, overtime, and workload as required by supervisors.
  7. Uphold company policies and contribute to a safe and productive work environment.
