Vacancy Description

Duties:

  1. Perform farming tasks such as soil preparation, planting, watering, fertilizing, and weeding under the guidance of a supervisor.
  2. Assist in crop cultivation, pruning, and protection from pests and diseases as instructed.
  3. Harvest seasonal crops (e.g., olives, grapes, fruits, vegetables) carefully following supervisor’s directions.
  4. Clean, sort, and pack produce for storage or transport under quality standards set by management.
  5. Operate farm tools, machinery, and irrigation systems only when trained and authorized by a supervisor.
  6. Support livestock care (feeding, cleaning, monitoring) when assigned.
  7. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all working areas.


Responsibilities:

  1. Work under the direct supervision of farm supervisors/foremen to ensure all tasks are completed correctly and on time.
  2. Follow instructions, safety guidelines, and work schedules provided by supervisors.
  3. Report any issues with crops, livestock, tools, or equipment immediately to the supervisor.
  4. Maintain productivity and quality as per the supervisor’s standards.
  5. Cooperate with team members to achieve daily and seasonal targets.
  6. Adapt to flexible hours and seasonal demands as directed.
  7. Uphold farm policies, safety measures, and environmental practices under supervisory monitoring.
